Team Sansone Expands!

Team Sansone, with RE/MAX on the Brazos, has added two additional real estate agents to their staff. Chris & Lizz Sansone, founders of Team Sansone, have added Noreen Weaver and Angie Smith.

Real Estate teams are becoming more and more prevalent in the industry. Some Realtors have found that they are able to give their clients more attention when they share the responsibilities of a real estate transaction. A real estate transaction requires hundreds of hours of work, and several different entities. One Realtor can generally handle a certain work load; however, if their work load becomes too great, then some things may get overlooked. Having a team of agents can help prevent the transaction from not getting the attention it deserves, when the work load becomes demanding for one agent.
